About Me

With almost 20 years of experience working with children and their families, I have had the privilege of getting to know and support many wonderful young people. My postgraduate training and qualification as a Child and Adolescent Counsellor has given me the skills and understanding to help children and their families navigate challenges and recover from their painful experiences.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of settings with clients aged 3 to 19, offering individual and group therapy sessions. I have also provided supervision to education professionals, consultations for parents and families, and worked as a trainer, tutor, and supervisor for Trauma Informed Schools UK.

I am deeply passionate about helping young people and their families heal from their experiences and move towards bright, fulfilling futures. I recognise that life can be complex, and I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental space for support.

Creative Therapy
Parent Support

I offer reflective supervision sessions for individuals and groups. These sessions provide a supportive and accepting space in which clinicians can reflect on their practice. I also provide supervision and consultation to schools who are seeking to better understand their pupils and respond to their behaviour in a trauma informed way.

Professional Supervision

Using the creative arts and therapeutic play aids the therapy process, allowing for processing of painful experiences in a way that feels safe. I am client led, meaning I offer a gentle approach that goes at the pace of the client. I offer individual and group sessions. Please get in touch for an introductory session where I can tell you more.

I understand the challenges and concerns that many parents face. I am passionate about providing a non judgemental approach in order to help parents develop a better understanding of their child and their behaviours. My bespoke approach ensures that the support I offer is tailored to you in a relevant way that is easy to put into practice, either through a single session or with ongoing, regular support.
